The Foundation RavennAntica has organised from some years various didactic proposals addressed to schools, in order to introduce them to the extraordinary archaeological heritage of Ravenna. Besides the guided visits, two didactic workshops have been activated in order to approach children to some artistic techniques of the past, the mosaic and the clay, letting them create a little object. The didactic activities take place into a suggestive frescoed church of the fourteenth century, which is also the seat of temporary exhibitions. It is in the historical centre of Ravenna, a few metres from Dante ’s tomb.
